He has built Team SD Worx-Protime into the world-class women's team it is today, known for its attacking racing style, depth of talent, and winning culture. Under his strategic guidance, the team has won numerous WorldTour victories, Classics and Grand Tours and were dominant in the biggest races on the calendar. He's helped grow talented riders into world class leaders. 7 World Champions have ridden for Team SD Worx-Protime under Stam's guidance. He's respected throughout the peloton for his instinctive race insight, and ability to create an environment where riders and staff thrive.
